If you are still doing your research and trying to figure out if CrossFit is for you, the place for you to start is with our Free Intro Session. Our Free Intro Session is one of the best ways to learn more about us, how our program works, and get a taste of a CrossFit workout.
During the Free Intro Session you’ll learn how our program works and why we do what we do. We’ll review several classic CrossFit movements that we incorporate into our workouts and then take you through a workout based off of those movements.
The intro session is totally scalable and anyone can participate regardless of experience, current fitness level, or age. You can register for our Free Intro Session by clicking here and filling out the registration form.
Once you decide you’d like to get started at New London CrossFit, the next step is to go through our On Ramp Program. Every athlete new to CrossFit has to go through On Ramp prior to participating in our group classes. Visit the “On Ramp” page for a breakdown of the program and why we require individuals new to CrossFit to go through it.
You can complete the “On Ramp” program by going through group on ramp classes or through 1 on 1 sessions with one of our coaches. Our group on ramp classes typically start the first week of every month. The classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 10 am for 3 weeks. Each class last approx. 1 hr. The cost of group On Ramp is $150.
The 1 on 1 on ramp consists of five 1 hr training sessions with one of our coaches. The sessions are scheduled at your convenience. The cost of 1 on 1 on ramp is $200.
