Our free intro session typically lasts about an hour and is scheduled one on one at a time convenient for you with one of our coaches
In order to schedule an intro session, you must register by filling out the form here. The free intro session is one of the best ways for you to learn more about New London CrossFit and what we do, how our program works, and get all your questions answered. In addition to the session being very informative about us and our program, we also take you through a number of classic CrossFit exercises and put you through a workout based off of those movements.
The intro session is 100% scalable so anyone can participate regardless of level of experience, current condition, or age. Please note, if you aren’t able to make the Sat. morning session, go ahead and register anyway and give some days and times that would be convenient for you to come in and one of our coaches will be in contact with you to set up an intro session with you.
